WHAT IS INSIDE
1. Finding My Ground (11 pages). A strengths exploration across seven areas: who you are, how you survive, how you connect, your inner world, what you have overcome, what you are proud of, and what you want to build on. Includes a strength word list and a one-page strengths summary.
2. What Matters Most values cards (134 cards). A values card sort with plain-language definitions, 4 write-your-own cards, sorting and group cards, step-by-step instructions, and a "My core values" page.
3. Values Pyramid (4 pages). Rank ten values from the top down to the base, then explore which values support each other, which compete under stress, and which carry someone else's voice.
4. Toward: a motivational interviewing card deck (64 cards plus a title card). Five suits: values, evoke, discrepancy, confidence, and rulers. Draws out the client's own change talk. Includes a guide to the suits and to keeping the spirit of MI.
5. Finding Your Way Home: an attachment healing packet (29 pages). Ten parts: attachment basics, a self-reflection questionnaire, the four patterns, attachment in the body, schema roots, current relationships, the compassionate reframe, earned security, reparenting and self-compassion, and building secure connection. Includes an activation tracker and APA references.
